A seat at the counter.

Seats are released eight weeks ahead, every Tuesday at 10am UK time. Requests sent before release are not held. Same-week availability is occasionally shared with our email list.

A card guarantee is required after we accept your request. Cancellations or date changes within 72 hours are charged at the full menu price unless we can refill the seats. You may transfer your booking to another guest.

The menu relies on seafood, shellfish, soy and rice vinegar. With advance notice we can often accommodate gluten-free requirements and specific seafood exclusions. Severe airborne seafood allergies cannot be safely accommodated at our intimate counter.

We do not currently offer a vegetarian or vegan tasting. We would rather be clear than provide an experience that does not reflect the depth and intention of the main menu.

Guests aged 12 and over are welcome if they are comfortable enjoying the full tasting menu. We do not offer a shortened children’s menu and cannot accommodate pushchairs at the counter.

The restaurant is step-free and one counter position can accommodate a wheelchair. Please note accessibility needs in your request so we can reserve the right seat and explain the layout.
